Beyond the ordinary
This is a personal portfolio showcasing all of my work over the span of this course. It will include nature and macro photography. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me at alexisdunavant@gmail.com
This is a landscape photo that I took a previous week. I did not submit this photo though. Every week I’ve been taking extra photos, and not just ones for each assignment. And I really like the definition in the trees on this one.
I took this photo today, while it was raining outside. I never planned on taking photos of animals for this project, but I saw the deer, and the rain just added so much to the photo. I saw a chance and I took it. This is for sure my favorite photo of the shoot.
I was playing with shutter speed today when I took this photo. I definitely need some work on it, so I had to edit and define this image using post processing techniques, but it still turned out super good.
I took this photo of my Christmas tree. I believe I posted one of these in last week’s assignment, but I took a few more and played with the definition on them and I’m super happy with the way this one turned out. I tried to focus a lot on texture and depth of color within this.
I also took this photo today. I loved the way the fog washed out everything in the background. But the little tree in the cliff that is towards the front of the photo stands out. It gives a really cool look.
I took this photo kind of playing with some more definition in depth within my pictures. I think throughout this course I haven’t really focused on depth with color, so I tried to use that a little bit and capture a more deep photo.
